How to Appeal the DisqualificationThe appeal at this stage is very simple- all you have to do is submit it online or by mail. There are email addresses available for the Hearings Department, but DUA has not authorized the filing of the initial appeal request this way, so you will want to do either online or regular mail.
You do not have to make all of your arguments at this stage- in the space for reason for appeal, you can simply state that you do not think the findings were correct.
